Acting in Columbus want to be influential in the student/independent film making process and encourage the industry's creative minds of tomorrow. We want to assist the casting process for the filmmaker and keeping them in control of their project while we provide acting opportunities for our students and alumni.
STUDENT FILMMAKERS:
What we require from the student is information specific to the course for which the film is being shot, including the university, professor's name and contact information. A completed character breakdown, tentative shoot schedule, either an email address or snail mail address where the talent can submit their information, and if your sessions are going to be cold read or prepared auditions. INDEPENDENT FILMMAKERS
If you are not a student but an independent filmmaker who might be interested in our services, please contact our office to speak with someone about the paid casting services we offer. We will with you on a sliding scale basis depending on your budget or the level of casting services you desire - from a free posting to us facilitating your auditions.
